This role owns the full sales cycle, from targeted prospecting and discovery through solution development, proposal negotiation, and contract execution, with direct accountability for converting qualified opportunities into closed business.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Regional Vice President builds relationships with senior healthcare executives, understands prospective clients’ financial and operational priorities, and develops compelling business cases that demonstrate Enjoin’s value. This role brings together internal clinical, operational, and commercial expertise to develop solutions that address client needs and align with Enjoin’s capabilities.

Success requires proactive prospecting, disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and persistence through complex healthcare sales cycles. The primary focus is new client acquisition, with support for expansion opportunities in designated existing accounts as assigned. Travel of up to 50% is required.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business growth. Own business development within an assigned territory and meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Develop a strategic territory plan. Prioritize hospitals, health systems, decision-makers, and opportunities aligned with Enjoin’s target markets and ideal client profile.

  • Create qualified opportunities. Generate new business through targeted outreach, networking, industry relationships, referrals, conferences, and other prospecting activities.

  • Build stakeholder relationships. Engage executive, clinical, financial, and operational leaders and navigate complex buying decisions involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Lead discovery and solution development. Understand prospective clients’ business challenges and revenue cycle priorities, and connect their needs to Enjoin’s capabilities.

  • Own the full sales cycle. Lead presentations, proposals, business case development, objection handling, negotiations, and procurement discussions through contract execution.

  • Demonstrate measurable value. Develop business cases that clearly communicate the financial, operational, and clinical benefits of partnering with Enjoin.

  • Coordinate internal expertise. Engage clinical, product, operations, marketing, HR, talent acquisition, and executive teams to advance opportunities and ensure proposed commitments are achievable.

  • Manage pipeline and forecasts. Maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline, keep CRM records current, and provide reliable forecasts with clear next steps, risks, and expected close dates.

  • Support account expansion. Partner with Client Success and Client Operations on growth opportunities within designated existing accounts.

  • Strengthen market positioning. Stay current on Enjoin’s solutions, client outcomes, competitors, and healthcare trends, and share market intelligence and prospect feedback with internal teams.

  • Represent Enjoin in the market. Participate in client meetings, conferences, and networking events, and collaborate with Marketing to improve targeting, messaging, campaigns, and sales materials.
